About this project
The Green Climate Fund (GCF) Readiness programme is a funding programme to enhance country ownership and access to the Fund. \n\nUNOPS assists the work of the GCF through grant support management services. \nThe grant seeks to enhance the role of Local Development Councils to contribute to access to climate finance. This Readiness support is executed by the Technical Secretariat of Planning for Economic and Social Development of Paraguay with Fundación Avina as implementing partner.
