Assurer une réponse durable et structurante à l’afflux croissant de populations déplacées en soutenant le développement socio économique du Hodh El Chargui et en particulier les zones frontalières avec le Mali, à travers une approche inclusive Les acteurs territoriaux anticipent et coordonnent la gestion des situations de contingence liées aux effets des déplacements et améliorent l’accès aux ressources agropastorales, aux services de santé et aux opportunités économiques pour les communautés hôtes et déplacées.
