About this project
Im Rahmen der BM sollen die Mitarbeiter der Wohnheimverwaltung geschult werden, die neuen Heizungs- und Solaranlagen zu betreiben und warten. Das administrative Personal der Wohnheimverwaltung soll in den Bereichen Finanzbuchhaltung, Digitalisierung, Organisationsaufbau und Stellenbeschreibung geschult werden. Im Projektverlauf können weitere Interventionsfelder identifiziert werden.
