Der Zuschuss wird dem Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises, Projektträger, bei der Small Industries Development Bank of India, Empfänger, zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kreditgarantiefazilität ist ein geeignetes Instrument, um das Hindernis hoher Finanzierungskosten und Sicherheiten für Kleinst-, Klein- und Mittelunternehmen (KKMU) zu überwinden, indem es die hohen Kreditrisiken für Banken senkt und so den Zugang zu Krediten zur Finanzierung von Solardachanlagen erleichtert.
