Promoting integral rural development in Colombia

About this project

The targeted smallholder communities face multiple challenges, including large-scale conventional agriculture, extractive and illegal economies, and the presence of armed actors. The project helps to strengthen their identity, to switch to agro-ecological farming, to increase food security, to further process and market cultivated products and to promote measures for the protection and conservation of natural resources. To this end, (exchange) meetings, training courses, workshops and public relations activities are organised.
