About this project
In northern Burkina Faso, there are major nutritional problems due to low agricultural and livestock yields. The aim is to improve drinking water supplies and hygiene practices, the resilience of the population to crises and cooperation between population groups. Infrastructure measures in the water sector, measures to improve vegetable cultivation, workshops on basic rights and peaceful coexistence, as well as advocacy and lobbying work are financed. The target groups are pastoralists, arable farmers and small gold miners in the region.
