Training in organic vegetable cultivation, its further processing and marketing

About this project

The project contributes to the healthy nutrition of the rural and urban population with organically produced local vegetable and fruit products and improves the income situation of the gardeners while preserving the natural resources of soil and water. Training and soil testing will be carried out and group certification will be sought. The monitoring system is to be digitalised and two new positions are to be advertised to guarantee the successive transfer of knowledge to young staff.
