About this project
The target groups are strengthened in their land rights, their right to food, their self-determination and their organisational development. This is particularly important in the context of escalating land conflicts and violent displacement by agro-industrial actors, as well as the impacts of the climate crisis. By strengthening indigenous leaders and own organisations, with a special focus on women, ownership of sustainable development processes is to be increasingly assumed by indigenous people themselves.
