Strengthening sustainable development and food sovereignty in Colombia

About this project

The project region was particularly hard hit by the armed conflict and the effects are still being felt. In this context, the partner has set itself the goal of strengthening food security, economic autonomy and environmental protection in rural communities. To this end, it enables the smallholder families involved to take part in agricultural training focussing on sustainable development and environmental protection, creates spaces for innovation in agriculture and livestock farming and also promotes fair trade structures.
