About this project
A lack of water and poorly fertile soils limit the production of smallholder families in the project area. The project empowers the population to identify and implement common priorities in community development that take particular account of food sovereignty, the protection of natural resources, a healthy living environment, gender equality and cultural identity. Workshops are held to develop community development plans and to train agroecological promoters and lay reporters.
