About this project
The food security of smallholder farming families in the project area is particularly jeopardised by drought. The aim of the project is therefore to secure the families income through productive vegetable cultivation and thereby increase their self-sufficiency. Measures include participatory analyses of the living and economic situation, the development and production of information and training materials and the establishment of trade contacts.
