About this project
The project focusses on sustainable agriculture, diversification of the monetary income base and the management of natural resources. The latter component involves the regeneration of forest pasture areas, which, after being protected for sustainable use for 10 years, will be returned to regulated, monitored and sustainable use by the rural communities, thereby enabling sustainable livestock farming. Women and young people are supported in diversifying their sources of income in order to generate more income. Improved sustainable farming methods can increase yields and rebuild the soil.
