About this project

The remote project regions in the north of Ghana are considered to be particularly poor. In this context, women are particularly disadvantaged. The project therefore aims to support women in earning an income. For this reason, they are encouraged and empowered to form savings and credit groups and to successfully implement income-generating measures. In this remote region, agricultural production and processing play an important role in strengthening the economic power and equal rights of women.
