About this project

Agriculture that is sufficient to earn a living is at risk in the project region due to the small farm areas and various environmental factors. The aim is to expand agricultural production, open up new markets and improve food security, particularly for vulnerable population groups. To this end, a highly participatory approach is used to impart knowledge in agroecology and value creation, share ideas for the commercialisation of products, generate alternative incomes and implement climate adaptation measures. Work is carried out with groups of local communities in which all sections of the population are represented.
