Promotion of biosafety, continuation

About this project

The project focuses on measures to create awareness on biosafety among the public, to influence a legal and policy framework that promotes biosafety and sustainable agricultural practice, and to empower small-scale farmers, thereby contributing to food sovereignty. In addition, the activities contribute to poverty reduction by promoting the livelihoods of smallholder farmers as well as the local economy. Activities to adapt to climate change will be integrated as well.
