Leadership for Change Scholarship Project - Enhancement of Accountability and Consolidation of Civil Society Organizations

About this project

By providing university scholarships for part-time Masters degrees, the aim of the project is to strengthen the capacity of leading employees and activists of NGOs working in the fields of poverty reduction and food security, climate change resilience, violence and conflict prevention and gender. An accompanying program and workshops will also develop the fellows personal and professional skills, such as leadership in NGOs. The scholarship holders already work on innovation within their organization during their studies and act as multipliers.
