About this project
The project supports the indigenous population in protected areas in the management of natural resources, the development of small businesses and livelihoods as well as organisational development and administration, particularly in complying with government requirements. The protected areas are established within the framework of national legislation and are given the right to manage and benefit from wildlife and tourism on their land. The project particularly targets women as heads of households.
