Organizational development, program improvement and resource diversification at an organization for violence prevention and conflict transformation

About this project

The increasing polarisation of society has led to religious, regional and ethnic intolerance and even human rights violations, including violence against minorities.The project develops and implements ongoing activities in the field of peacebuilding and provides expertise to other organizations through trainings and consultancies. Within the activities the aim is to create a safe space, where participants can reflect on the tackled topics in a new way and come up with their own solutions to the problems discussed.
