About this project

The project includes teacher training and professional development through courses and learning circles. The teaching and learning environment in the target community is improved by the construction of teachers offices and dormitories at a school and the provision of school equipment. The project will improve access to clean drinking water through rehabilitation and the construction of new drinking water wells. Water committees and pump technicians are educated and trained and take over the future management of these structures. Hygiene awareness campaigns among communities help to improve hygienic practices.
