About this project

Food insecurity and poverty remain widespread among marginalised population groups such as Dalits, Adivasi and Muslims in India. The aim of the project is to strengthen local associations of Adivasi, Dalits and pastoralists in their collective efforts to achieve greater food sovereignty, social justice and institutional sustainability. The measures include workshops in organisational development, local marketing initiatives, exchange programmes, capacity building in the field of popular education, trainer training, cultural activities, visions for social change, strengthening local traditions, etc.
