About this project

The indigenous population in the project region is affected by poverty, marginalisation, water scarcity and land conflicts. Under these circumstances, the project organiser is working on food sovereignty, agroecology and territoriality. It relies on collective action, in which the groups develop and implement plans for the sustainable management of their territory, use eco-technologies such as dry toilets, wood-saving stoves and cisterns and stand up for their interests in the public sphere.
