This project uses selected municipalities to show how influence can be exerted on the organisation of regional development that is appropriate for small farmers. With the participation of grassroots organisations, the project contributes to the institutionalisation of planning and implementation bodies for the promotion of productive projects in the municipalities administrations and the development of a sustainable agricultural policy at the level of the Cono Sur macro-region lays the foundation for an exemplary network of solidarity-based economy. Various levels are served: 1. the family level by promoting agroecological production, marketing opportunities and contact with consumers. The topic of integral water management is also included. 2. the level of organisations, producer associations, cooperatives and public-private enterprises. 3rd level of politics, close cooperation with municipal governments in integral, territorial development.
