About this project

The situation in the country has changed dramatically over the past three years, with a striking increase in violence caused by the spread of organised crime. Partner organisations face the challenge of adapting their work to this context while ensuring the safety of their teams and target groups. The aim of the project is to train social organisations in the areas of security, protection of human rights defenders, strategic planning and safeguarding. The target group is local social actors who focus on human rights, environmental protection, violence prevention and the protection of vulnerable target groups in risk regions. Project measures include holding partner exchange meetings, coordinating networked cooperation, providing training in security issues and safeguarding as well as strategic planning of their work.
