About this project
The project supports 120 families of small-scale agricultural producers in four rural communities. The aim is to improve food security, income and quality of life through sustainable agroecological production and the strengthening of local organisations. The focus is on promoting women, developing cooperatives and introducing environmentally friendly technologies. The project relies on participatory methods, training, technical advice and networking with local institutions. It promotes community autonomy, gender equality and the sustainable use of natural resources. The long-term impact is to be ensured through local responsibility, organisational development and integration into regional networks.
