About this project
The project aims to support smallholder families who suffer from precarious food and housing situations. The measures are aimed at these people and focus on implementing techniques to improve crop yields and thus improve the food situation. In the area of housing provision, techniques for using locally available materials are taught, with the help of which safe housing can be built and repairs can be carried out on existing homes. Key measures include training and education courses in agroecological agriculture, as well as the purchase and distribution of seeds and production resources for implementation. In addition, families are trained in earthquake-proof earth construction methods, and materials for implementing construction projects are purchased and distributed.
