About this project
Children and women in particular suffer from malnutrition in the project region. Climate change is exacerbating the existing nutritional crisis. The aim of the project is to improve the food and nutrition security of the target group. Community-based measures are intended to ensure more sustainable livelihoods, ecological security and improved nutritional outcomes. To this end, training is provided on nutrition and hygiene practices, sustainable agriculture and independent community organisation. In addition, access to government programmes will be facilitated and the target group will be empowered to demand their rights.
