About this project
The project aims to empower civil society actors to advocate for compliance with existing national environmental and human rights standards in lithium mining. This will be done by strengthening their capacity to monitor environmental and human rights abuses and by building their capacity for political lobbying. In addition, networks will be established with national and international organisations to promote dialogue and cooperation. The overall goal is to promote sustainable and transparent lithium mining that meets the social and environmental needs of the affected population.
