About this project

The project aims to empower women in their fight against a green extractivism that prioritizes export markets and corporate profit over local needs. It focusses on four main areas: mobilizing affected communities and conducting related campaign work, providing research and legal support, facilitating political exchange and networking, and ensuring basic needs through climate-resilient, collective alternatives, such as agroecology, for impacted communities. Throughout the project, feminist approaches are employed to foster solidarity movements which support gender equality.
