About this project

Das Projekt verbessert die medizinische Versorgung und die sozio-ökonomische Situation von HIV-Betroffenen, Frauen, Jugendlichen und besonders benachteiligten Menschen. Durch die Einführung klimaresilienter, agrarökologischer Anbaumethoden, Trainings zu Wertschöpfung und Vermarktung werden Einkommen und Ernährungssicherheit gestärkt. Mobile Gesundheitsdienste, HIV-Prävention und psychosoziale Angebote erreichen gezielt besonders vulnerable Gruppen. Bildungsförderung und Beschäftigungsinitiativen eröffnen Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Menschen neue Perspektiven und tragen zu mehr Chancengleichheit bei.
