About this project

The project empowers rural communities to better address contemporary development challenges, such as the lack of basic services in rural areas and the breakdown of traditional social and family structures. Through practical training on leadership, social responsibility, citizenship, ecological care and reconciliation, social cohesion is strengthened. Participants actively engage in groups or initiate small community initiatives applying their skills. Gender equality is mainstreamed to foster inclusive participation. Regular monitoring and an external evaluation ensure quality, learning and accountability.
