About this project

Im Projekt werden Anpassung an den Klimawandel, Klimaschutz und Katastrophenvorsoge miteinander verbunden. Kleinbauernfamilien kooperieren mit Universitäten, um innovative Methoden wissenschaftlich zu vervollkommnen. Es werden Klimamodelldörfer aufgebaut, die viele innovative Methoden im Bereich Adaptation, Mitigation und Katastrophenvorsorge aufzeigen und so beispielhaft wirken. Der Fokus wird neben dem Anbau agrarökologischer Produkte verstärkt auch auf Vermarktung und Einkommenssteigerung gelegt, um besonders auch junge Farmer*innen für agrar-ökologische Landwirtschaft zu gewinnen, die davon als Hauptberuf leben wollen.
