Strengthening capacities for access to justice and the defense of rights in crisis situations

About this project

The project seeks to guarantee comprehensive justice for victims of serious human rights violations, reduce impunity, and promote structural change through strategic litigation, community strengthening, and partnerships. It promotes equitable access to justice, the participation of vulnerable communities, and a gender and intercultural approach to ensure reparation, prevent new violations, and strengthen a democratic culture based on rights and state responsibility. This is done in coordination with territorial networks and national and international bodies through coordinated measures to support people and communities, generate applied knowledge and strengthen technical capacities.
