About this project

The project is active in two main areas and supports local communities in using their existing natural resources as effectively and efficiently as possible through agroecological farming methods. This also strengthens resilience, e.g. to climatic shocks, and increases food security and food sovereignty. In addition, the communities are supported in effectively representing their own interests to authorities and politicians through self-organisation. This improves the framework conditions for agroecological development and also protects peoples rights.
