About this project
The project promotes agroecology in western Cameroon. It contributes to the sustainable improvement of the socioeconomic living conditions of farming households by aiming to reduce production costs, increase yields, and boost farmers’ incomes. The project also supports the development of strong farmers’ organizations that are recognized as civil society actors. It facilitates positive experiences in the promotion of agroecology and helps strike a balance between economic efficiency, social justice, and climate protection.
