About this project
The project strengthens communities in the project area in the fields of water governance, agroecological production and human rights. It combines environmental and social approaches to safeguard biodiversity and promote fair, transparent decision-making processes in the territory. Local structures are consolidated and livelihoods protected through the development of municipal water policies, the establishment of a network of producers and the promotion of climate-resilient farming systems. At the same time, human rights committees are being trained, an observatory is being set up and political participation by communities is being strengthened.
