About this project
The project is being implemented in north-eastern Brazil, where climate change, water scarcity and social inequality are increasingly affecting the lives of traditional communities. The target group includes people from solidarity economy initiatives, recycling groups and smallholder farming families. The aim of the project is to strengthen their self-determination, promote sustainable agricultural practices and expand their political participation. Regular advisory visits, workshops on agroecology and solidarity economy, the implementation of social technologies such as cisterns, and training in lobbying are planned.
