About this project

The project combines the promotion of climate-resilient agriculture and youth entrepreneurship to create and strengthen sources of income with measures to improve local self-government in India. The focus on climate-resilient agricultural practices, income diversification and animal husbandry addresses key structural causes of migration. At the same time, the project builds on the existing strengths and resources of the target groups in the region – an aspect that was also clearly demonstrated in the participatory project planning process.
