About this project
The project supports family-run farms and women producers in four communities in the Thiès region (Senegal). The aim is to sustainably improve productivity, income and food security through agroecological practices, the strengthening of local value chains and the empowerment of women, as well as to identify better marketing opportunities for agricultural products. Building on the successes of the predecessor project, advisory services, market access, seed diversity and participatory governance are being specifically expanded.
