About this project
This project aims to empower indigenous smallholder farming families in Western India, with a focus on seed sovereignty and income generation. The goal is to provide 60,000 households with access to high-quality seeds, help them save money, create additional sources of income along the seed value chain, and strengthen their political influence. The target groups are primarily Bhil communities, women, youth, and local organizations. Activities include training, action research, the development of seed systems, knowledge platforms, dialogue networks, and demonstration initiatives.
