About this project

Constantly changing legal frameworks and political pressure in Mexico are making it increasingly difficult for civil society organisations working in a wide range of fields, such as human rights and rural development, thereby limiting their ability to carry out effective work with disadvantaged target groups. The aim of this project is therefore to enable partner organisations to manage and implement their institutions and projects in an efficient, effective and transparent manner, and to reduce risks in the area of financial cooperation by strengthening their capacities. This is achieved through individual consultancy, organisational development and networking activities, carried out both on the ground and virtually. The target group comprises over 30 partner organisations in Mexico.
