About this project

In einer durch Armut und durch den Klimawandel betroffenen ländlichen Region, sollen Mitglieder indigener Bevölkerungsgruppen vor allem durch Fortbildungs-, Kapazitätsstärkungs- und Bewusstseinsbildungs-Maßnahmen gestärkt werden. So soll die soziale, wirtschaftliche und ökologische Sicherheit der Gemeinden verbessert werden. Ein starker Fokus des Projektes ist die Stärkung von Frauen sowohl in Führungskompetenz als auch durch Kapazitätsbildung, die ein stabiles Einkommen zum Ziel hat. Dies soll zu mehr Geschlechtergerechtigkeit in einer patriarchal geprägten Region führen.
