About this project

The partner organization is one of the key players in youth work and vocational training in the country. Progressive approaches and methods are used to support and further professionalize national education and youth work. To better meet the high demand for vocational qualifications and integrative approaches, new sources of funding must be tapped into. Through its work, the personnel placement service contributes to strengthening national and international networking, improving public relations, and thus tapping into new sources of funding. The necessary skills are strengthened through further training of employees and counseling.
