ToGETHER - Promoting locally led transformative humanitarian action in eight countries

About this project

The project builds on achievements of the first phase of the ToGETHER program (ETH 1182) and is implemented as part of the larger multi-country ToGETHER program. The second phase aims at further promoting and enhancing local partners' leadership in the program and in the humanitarian system of Ethiopia, focuses capacity strengthening and sharing on anticipatory humanitarian action, emergency preparedness, coordination and people-centred approaches, increases the flexible funding component known as HOIFA, and fosters advocacy for a so-called 'locally led localization'.
