About this project
Various government programmes related to water security/WASH provide minimum reservation (> 33%) and a strong role for women in public schemes and local governments in India. However, women are unable to access these due to gender insensitivity, male predominance, strong biases & lack of awareness. The project focuses on enhancing women’s access to and control over water resources through building leadership skills.
