The project aims to promote better services delivery by government through actions initiated by citizen groups to hold public officials, politicians and service providers accountable for their conduct and performance in delivering services, improving people's welfare and protecting people's rights. The project activities and interventions are being implemented at the micro (community), meso (Mangochi and Chitips district) and macro (national) levels using the Human Rights Based Approach (HRBA).
