About this project
The main objective of this project is to contribute to fostering climate-resilient local food systems and empowering women in the mountain district of Achham. The project site is five wards in Safebagar (Ward Numbers 2, 3, 9, 10, and 14) and 4 wards in Chaurpati (Ward Numbers 4, 5, 6, 7) rural municipalities of the Achham district of Suderpaschim, directly benefitting 2500 marginalized HHs. It also aims to strengthen the capacities of CBOs, and CSOs, so that they can represent marginalized households in exercising their rights in the areas of nutrition and climate change.
