About this project

The second phase of the program will build on the achievements of the first phase and aims to ensure that disadvantaged young people are employed or self-employed and earn a decent income for themselves and their families. It emphasizes incubation, skill provision, SME development and policy advocacy. Enhancing the capacity of green vocational schools, emerges as a critical component, serving as a hub for training, creating standardized green skill curricula and facilitating market access for trained entrepreneurs. This project will highlight the necessity of bridging gaps in skill development ecosystems among the unemployed youth, providing comprehensive support from pre-training strategies to post-training support, including mentorship, market linkages, and business planning.
