About this project
The project, implemented by RRN, MIC, and FTG, strengthens food security, income, and disaster resilience in earthquake-affected areas of Jajarkot and Rukum West. Through community consultations and coordination with government and civil society, it promotes climate-adapted agriculture, nutrition-sensitive interventions, and inclusive capacity building. It supports 1,750 households prioritizing women, marginalized groups, smallholder farmers, youth, and PWDs—and provides entrepreneurship and technical skills to 300 selected youth and women. Engagement with 22 CBOs and local governments across 14 wards fosters capacity building, policy advocacy, and climate-smart agriculture with community participation.
