About this project

Pakistan faces economic and climate challenges that necessitate a shift toward a green economy, requiring a workforce equipped with green skills. This project enhances civil society engagement and youth resilience by supporting and adopting green skills into the TVET system and supporting climate adaptation and mitigation. It focuses on four key areas: strengthening TVET institutions by improving faculty expertise, infrastructure, and coordination; increasing youth awareness, access, and completion of green TVET programs while enhancing employment opportunities; building CSOs’ capacity to promote green TVET, support enrollment, and influence policy; and strengthening SABAWON, LPP, and RDF for effective project delivery.
