About this project

The proposed project aims to strengthen resilience and restore livelihoods while promoting peaceful coexistence for individuals affected by the Sudan conflict in both Sudan and South Sudan. By increasing food production and creating diversified income-generating opportunities, the project will enhance economic prospects for host communities and displaced populations in targeted areas. It will also focus on improving social integration and community cohesion, particularly by addressing the living conditions of women and girls and providing alternatives to violence for young men. Additionally, the project will invest in community-based infrastructure and assets that support livelihood activities, thereby fostering a more cohesive and resilient community.
